Tucudean, who becomes the Addicks’ seventh signing of the summer, has penned a three-year deal with the Championship club.
The 23-year-old jetted out to Spain on Monday to Charlton’s training camp before undergoing his medical and signing his contract.
He came to prominence during his time at former club Dinamo Bucuresti and has represented his country at Under-21 level.
